I didn't get into RISD again. This happened a long time ago, so I've decided that the thought of it dosen't bother me so much anymore. Especially after talking to my friend Geoffrey about it. It makes more sense that I just go out and shoot pictures and find my passion again. The rest will fall in place. I also want to take more workshops so I can learn some new techniques and such. Plus I get to travel, so no complaint on my part. ;)

I just got back from New York, where I bought a Holga (with flash) and had a blast using it. I also got some lenses for me Leica M6 TTL. I took a lot of pictures but the heat and the rain made me leave my camera some days. I have an idea of what I'm gonna do now for my pictures that are gonna be in the receiving area. Geoffrey gave it to me actually, and it's a great idea. Basically I'm gonna go out with my camera and I'm gonna capture adjectives or emotions. I think that will be challenging and fun at the same time.

I gotta go pick up my rolls and my contact sheet from the lab monday. I can't wait to see how the pictures from New York came out, especially the ones taken with the Holga. It's funny, I put the batteries in and then loaded the film and the flash didn't work so I coudn't use the flash at all for the first roll of film, which makes me look forward to see them even more.
